When my second daughter was diagnosed with leukemia in the late 90’s, I became her full-time caregiver for almost a decade until her passing in 2007. (Please visit lossert.org.)

During that time we spent a lot of time at home — and I began systematically clutter-clearing and organizing everything. I discovered that I had a knack for calming spaces by moving furniture and utilizing colors, sounds, scents, or elements..

Over 25 years ago, what started with despair wand anxiety surprisingly brought relief to my over-stimulated central nervous system and calm to my household.
